Our journey up to now

Athassel Civil is a family-owned civil construction company, established in 1993, concentrating on pipe laying, civil and industrial work.  Athassel Civil are S2 and W3 accredited with Sydney Water and have been since 1999.

As a local company with over 25 years in the business and with a number of workers having in excess of 30 years of experience, strong relationships have been established with a core group of subcontractors and suppliers.  We pay our creditors on time and in return we receive excellent service from them.  This loyalty is also extended to the pricing attender.

Our People
We pride ourselves on the safety and wellbeing of our staff, the majority of our staff are long time employees and are committed to the business as we are committed to them.  Safety and the safety of our staff is a key business objective, we achieve this through continued staff consultation via start-up project risk assessments, daily pre-starts, weekly safety inspections and monthly safety reviews across each of our sites.

Every member of our staff is encouraged to participate in toolbox talks as part of the safety culture of each site to ensure each workplace is a safe environment for all our workers.  Supervisory and management staff are encouraged to partake in a structured Continued Professional Development program that is set annually and reviewed bi-annually.
